Device Summary Activity Report

(Trading Only) The Device Summary Activity Report shows a summary of VOX and CTI activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. per Turret for all devices together, both handsets and all speakers. The Report shows the hours, minutes and seconds of VOX and CTI Activity per Turret for all devices, both handsets and all speakers. Note that it is perfectly normal to have zero VOX activity on a Turret, as it may not be in use. However, the nature of the CTI system means that even if a Turret is not being used, it will still have CTI events. A Turret may have up to 32 speakers, so this report may show long duration of CTI events because all of the CTI for all of the speakers will be added to the total for the turret.

For this type of report, enter the required parameters:

Select the Data Source from the list shown.

Enter the Date Range. The maximum range is 5 days. If you enter a range of more than 5 days, the report will be generated for the first five days of the time period.

Once generated, the report shows the following details:

Item	Description
Date	The date the activity occurred. Days are presented side by side in columns on reports so that comparisons can be made easily.
Turret ID	The identification number of the Turret on which the activity occurred.
VOX	The number of VOX segments (audio) recorded.
CTI	The number of CTI events captured.

Click Printer Friendly to view how the report will appear when printed.
Click Export to export the displayed information to the file:

<TIMESTAMP> = Report Generation Time

<DSNAME> = Data Source Name

You can save or open the file as required. Resize the spreadsheet columns as needed to view the information properly.
