Installation Summary Report
The Installation Summary Report includes several report sections. Some sections appear only if the managed server Server that is managed by the Enterprise Manager application. has an active recording server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system. or an active Integration Service server role.
You can generate the report for all Installations in the enterprise, all Installations in a Site Group, all Installations in a Site, or an individual Installation. Select the node of the Installations tree for which you want to generate the report.
Installation Summary Report Sections

Settings - Displays server name and serial number, server ports, and active server roles. This section appears for all managed servers (Installations).

Member Group - Displays information about Member Groups associated to this server. This section appears only if the managed server has an active recording server role (for example, IP Recorder or TDM Recorder).

Associated Integration Service - Displays summary information about servers that have active Integration Service server roles that are associated to this server. This section appears only if the server has an active recording server role.

Associated Data Source - Displays summary information for Data Sources associated to an Integration Service server role. This section appears only if the server has an active Integration Service server role.

Associated Rules - Displays summary information about Rules that are associated to the Integration Service server role. This section appears only if the server has an active Integration Service server role.

Associated Recorders - Displays summary information about the managed recorder servers to which an Integration Service server role is associated. This section appears only if the server has an active Integration Service server role.

Server Name |

Server Roles |
Displays the server roles currently active on the managed server. If these roles include a recording server role or an Integration Service server role, additional information displays in this report, as discussed below. |
Member Group Section (appears only for servers with active recording server roles) |

Member Group Name |
Name of the Member Group that was created for the Data Source and is also associated to the managed recorder server. |
Member Group Type |
Type of the Member Group, such as Compliance Trunk Span or IP Extension Pool. |
Associated Integration Service Section (appears only for servers with active recording server roles) |

Name |
Displays the logical names of the managed servers that contain an Integration Service server role that is associated to this managed recorder server. This name is specified in the Name field on the Settings tab for the managed server. |
Server Name |
Displays the Server Names of the managed servers that contain an Integration Service server role that is associated to this managed server. This name is specified in the Server Name field on the Settings tab for the managed server that contains the Integration Service role. Typically, this value is either the host name, fully qualified domain name (FQDN), or the IP address of the managed server. |
Serial Number |
Displays the serial numbers of the managed servers that contain an Integration Service server role that is associated to this managed recorder server. |
Associated Data Sources Section (appears only for servers with active Integration Service server roles) |

Displays the Data Source Type, such as LAN or Phone. |

Associated Installation |
Displays the Rule association. A Rule can be associated to:

Installation Type |
Displays the Installation type of the Rule association (for example, Enterprise, Site Group, Site, or Server Role). |
Associated Recorders Section (appears only for servers with active Integration Service server roles) |

Name |
Displays the logical names of the managed recorder servers to which the Integration Service on this managed server are associated. This name is specified in the Name field on the Settings tab for the managed recorder server. |
Server Name |
Displays the Server Names of the managed recorder servers to which the Integration Service on this managed server are associated. This name is specified in the Server Name field on the Settings tab for the managed recorder server. Typically, this value is either the host name, fully qualified domain name (FQDN), or the IP address of the server. |
Serial Number |

Server Roles |
Displays the specific server roles that are active on the managed recorder server to which the Integration Service on this managed server is associated. (These server roles will include any recording roles, such as TDM Recorder or IP Recorder.) |
