Data Source Details Report
The Data Source Details Report includes sections of information that allow you to see all the properties of the Data Source in a single report.
You can generate this report by clicking links in the online Data Source Summary Report or you can generate it individually from the main reports page.
For this type of report, select the Data Source from the list shown.
Data Source Details Report Sections
The Data Sources Details Report includes the following sections of information. Not all this information appears for every Data Source. The sections that display depend on the type of Data Source for which you generate the report.

Settings - Displays the basic settings for each Data Source. Some settings appear only for Data Sources of the type Phone or Dialer.

Associated Integration Service Installations - Displays the specific Integration Service server roles associated to each Data Source.

Member Group - Displays information about Member Groups created for each Data Source. This same information displays in the Member Group Summary Report.

Extensions/Phones (appears for Phone Data Source only) - Displays detailed information about extensions/phones associated to the Data Source.

Workstations (appears for LAN Data Source only) - Displays detailed information about Workstations associated to the Data Source.

Data Source Group - Displays basic information about Data Source Groups to which the Data Source belongs.

People to Data Source Association - Displays detailed information about the people who are associated to a Data Source. This same information appears in the Employee Data Source Association Report.

Member Group Clusters (appears for Trader Data Sources only) - Displays detailed information about IP Member Group Clusters created for Trader Data Sources.

Subnet Configuration (appears for LAN Data Source only) - Provides basic information about recording based on subnet configuration.

Data Source ID |
Displays the unique numeric identifier of the Data Source. |
Name |
Displays the name of the Data Source. |
Type |
Displays the Type of the Data Source. For example, Phone, LAN, Dialer, Operations, and more. |
Switch/Sub Type (Phone and Dialer only) |
Displays the Switch Type for which the Data Source was created. For example, Alcatel 4400, Aspect Call Center, Genesys, and more. (This field displays only for the Phone and Dialer Data Source types.) |
Specific Switch Type (Phone and Dialer only) |
Provides specific information about a particular Switch Type, if applicable. (This field displays only for the Phone and Dialer Data Source types.) |
Seating Arrangement (Phone only) |
Displays the seating arrangement specified for the Data Source. For example, Free, Fixed, or Hybrid. (This field displays for Phone Data Source only) |
Associated Integration Service Installations Section |

Integration Service Location |
Shows the Installation tree location of the Integration Service server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system. to which the Data Source is associated. Each Data Source can be associated to only one Integration Service server role. The format for the Integration Service server role location is: Enterprise\Site Group name\Site name\Server name\Server role name For example: Enterprise\Spain Customer Service\Madrid\IS Server\Integration Service. |
Member Group Section |

Data Source ID |
Displays the unique numeric identifier of the Data Source for which the Member Group was created. |
Data Source |
Displays the name of the Data Source for which the Member Group was created. (This name is the name of the Data Source that is the subject of this section of the report.) |
Member Group ID |
Displays the name of unique numeric identifier of the Member Group. |
Member Group |
Displays the name of the Member Group. In the online version of the report, you can click this name to view the Installation Summary Report for this Member Group. |
Member Group Type |
Displays the Member Group Type. For example, Compliance Station Extension Group, Compliance Trunk Span, IP Extension Pool, Trunk Span Recording Resource, Extension Recording Resource, Selective Extension Pool, or Dedicated Extension Pool. |
Associated Installations |
Displays the specific recorder server roles that are associated to the Member Group. The format for the Associated Installations column entries is: Server name\Server role For example, recorder_server1\IP Recorder |
Extensions/Phones Section (appears for Phone Data Source only) |

Primary Extension Name |
Displays the primary phone number of the extension. |
Secondary Extensions |
Displays the secondary phone number of the extension. |
Member Groups |
Displays the names of the Member Groups to which the extension is associated. |
Recording Mode |
Displays the extensions recording mode. These modes include Record, Do Not Record, Application Controlled, and Start at Business Rule. |
LAN (Screen) Data Source |
Displays the name of any LAN Data Source that associates this Phone Data Source with workstations. |
Workstation Name |
Displays the name of the workstation to which the extension is associated. This field is populated only if a LAN Data Source is associated with the Phone Data Source. |
Workstations Section (appears for LAN Data Source only) |

Host Name |
Displays the workstation host name. |
Platform |
Displays the platform Predefined logical group of server roles installed together on a physical server. (or operating systems) running on the workstation. Choices include Windows, OS/2, Remote Terminal, or Windows Terminal Server. |
Domain |
Displays the Windows domain to which the workstation belongs. |
Workstation Group |
Displays the Workstation Group to which the workstation belongs. |
Phone Data Source |
Displays the name of the Phone Data Source that an extension associated with this workstation is using. |
Extension |
Displays the specific extension associated with this workstation. |
Data Source Groups Section |

Name |
Displays the name of the Data Source Group. |
Type |
Displays the Type of the Data Source Group, such as Avaya Hunt Group or an Aspect Agent Group. |
Employees to Data Source Association Section |
|
Displays detailed information about agents (People) associated with the Data Source. This same information appears in the Employee Data Source Association Report. |

Member Group Clusters Section (appears for Trader Data Sources only) |

Data Source |
Displays the name of the Trader Data Source for which the Member Group Cluster was created. |
Member Group |
Displays the name of the Member Group cluster. |
Member Group Type |
Displays the type of the Member Group cluster (IP Voice Recorder Cluster). |
Associated Installations |
Displays the managed recorder servers to which the Member Group cluster is associated. |
Voice Recorder Cluster Number |
Displays the unique identifier for the Member Group cluster. This value appears only if there are multiple Member Group clusters configured for a Data Source. |
VOX Run On |
Displays the length of time (in milliseconds) that sound must be below the level specified in the VOX Detect Level setting before the system determines a call has ended. |
VOX Turn On |
Displays the length of time (in milliseconds) that sound must be above the level specified in the VOX Detect Level setting before the system determines a call has initiated. |
VOX Detect Levels |
Displays the value (in decibels) that defines the threshold used by the VOX Run On and VOX Turn Off settings. |
Subnet Configuration (appears for LAN Data Sources only) |

Subnet |
Displays the IP address of a LAN subnet that allows calls to be recorded independently of logged in agent. |
Subnet Mask |
Displays the IP address of a LAN subnet mask. This mask increases performance by narrowing the range of acceptable IP addresses within the subnet. |
Workstation Group |
Displays the name of the Workstation groups in the LAN Data Source. |
