Employee Data Source Association Report

The Employee Data Source Association Report displays a list of employees in your organization and shows the Data Source to which each employee is associated.

If an employee is not associated to a Data Source, the employee is not recorded. This report can quickly show you the employees who are not recorded because they are not associated to any Data Source. (If a person is not assigned to a Data Source, the Integration Service cannot associate the switch with the individual).

For this type of report, select a specific organization for the report.

Employee Data Source Association Report Field Descriptions

Field

Details

Organization

Shows the organization to which the person belongs. If the person is not associated with any organization, the default organization is automatically related to the person.

Employee Name

Shows the full name of the person – First Name, Last Name, and Middle Initial.

Data Source

Shows the name of the Data Source to which the person is assigned.

Employee/Network ID

Displays the unique Employee logon ID for an employee for Phone or Dialer Data Sources.

Displays the Network logon ID for an employee for LAN Data Sources.

If the employee is not associated with a Data Source, the report shows that the ID is missing.

Extension

If the Seating Arrangement is Fixed, this value displays the extension assigned to the person.

If the Seating Arrangement is Fixed, and nothing displays in this column, the person is not associated with a Data Source.

If the Seating Arrangement is Free, nothing displays in this extension.
