Employee Detail Activity Report

(Trading Only) The Employee Detail Activity Report shows VOX and CTI activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. for individual handsets and speakers individually per Trader. Note that it is not unusual for a Trader to have zero VOX activity, as they may not be in the office. However, the nature of the CTI system means that even if a Trader's Device (Speaker) is not being used, it will still have CTI events. Activity is shown in time duration for the day, but note that if the Integration Service is restarted, the duration for the current hour will be reset to zero.

For this type of report, enter the required parameters:

  • Select the Data Source from the list shown.

  • Enter the Date Range. The maximum range is 5 days. If you enter a range of more than 5 days, the report will be generated for the first five days of the time period.

    Once generated, the report shows the following details:

    Date

    The date the activity occurred. Days are presented side by side in columns on reports so that comparisons can be made easily.

    Trader Name

    The name of the Trader associated with the activity.

    Trader ID

    The identification number of the Trader associated with the activity.

    Turret ID

    The identification number of the Turret on which the activity occurred.

    Device ID

    The line on which the activity occurred.

    VOX

    The number of VOX segments (audio) recorded.

    CTI

    The number of CTI events captured.

  • Click Printer Friendly to display the report as it will print.

  • Click Export to export the displayed information to the file:

    TraderDetail-ActivityReport -<TIMESTAMP>-<DSNAME>.csv, where

    <TIMESTAMP> = Report Generation Time

    <DSNAME> = Data Source Name

    You can save or open the file as required. Resize the spreadsheet columns as needed to view the information properly.
