Rules Details Report
The Rules Detail Report provides five sections that display all properties of any Recording Rule created in Enterprise Manager.
Select the specific Rule for the report.
Rules Details Report Sections
Rules Details Report sections include:

Settings - Provides detailed information about the actions the Rule is configured to take.

Associated Installations - Indicates whether the Rule applies to the Enterprise, a specific Site Group, a specific Site, or a specific Integration Service server roles.

Schedule - Displays the days of the week, and the times on those days, in which the Rule is in effect.

Condition - Displays the specific conditions under which the Rule is invoked.

Statistics - Indicates when the Rule was created or updated, and by whom.

Shows the name of the Recording Rule. |
Enabled |
Displays True if the Recording Rule is enabled and False if the Recording Rule is disabled. |
Action |
Displays Action specified for the Recording Rule. The possible values are:

Displays the percentage of recorded calls that are saved when this Rule is triggered. |
Randomiser on individual member |
Displays True if this setting is enabled and False if it is disabled. |
Record after call work |
Displays True if this setting is enabled and False if it is disabled. |
Recording time after call work (Seconds) |
Displays the number of seconds that screen activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. is recorded after an agent completes a call. This setting is used only if the Recordafter call work setting is True (enabled). |
Tag stored in |
Shows the User-Defined Field (UDF) that the Tag value is stored in when this rule is triggered. This value is optional and is not always configured. |
Tag value |
The value stored in the UDF specified in the Tag stored in field when this rule is triggered. By default, the Rule name is stored in the UDF, but this value can be any value specified by the person who created the Rule. This value is only configured when a UDF is selected in the Tag stored in field. |
Associated Installations Section |

Associated Installation |
Shows the node of the Installations tree to which the Recording Rule applies, and the specific Integration Service server roles to which the Recording Rule applies. For example, a Recording Rule can apply to the entire Enterprise, a specific Site Group, or a specific Site. Consequently, either the word Enterprise, or the name of the Site Group or Site appears in this section. If the Rule applies to a specific Integration Service server role Entity that contains a logical, predefined set of components (system software or certified third-party software) deployed in the Data Center and Site Zones that provide specific functionality for the system., the Installations tree path to that Integration Service server role appears in this section. The Installations tree path appears in this format: Enterprise\Site Group name\Site name\Server name\Server role name For example: Enterprise\Spain Customer Service\Madrid\IS Server\Integration Service |
Rule Schedule Section |

Enabled on every |
Displays the days of the week on which the Rule is in effect. |
Time to Schedule |
Displays the hours in the day in which the Rule is in effect. The Default is All day, which means the Rule is always in effect. |
Time Zone |
Displays the Time Zone which is considered when a Rule is scheduled to be in effect only between specific hours. For example, assume the Time to Schedule field indicates 9 AM to 9 PM, and the Time Zone field specifies Eastern Standard Time (EST). In this case, the Rule is in effect between 9 AM and 9 PM EST. |
Beginning |
Displays the beginning date on which the Rule is in effect. |
And Ending |
Displays the last date on which the Rule is in effect. |

Attribute |
Displays the attributes chosen for the Rule. |

Displays the operator that applies to the attribute and value. |
Grouping Value |
Displays the group to which the value belongs. For example, people belong to organization. |

Displays the value to be used in the condition. |
Join Operator |
Displays the free expression join operators from either AND, OR and END. |
Close Parenthesis |
Displays if a closing parenthesis is placed around the condition. |
