Specify the load balancing device address in the Enterprise Manager Location settings

Procedure 9 of 9 of creating the application server cluster in Enterprise Manager.

In this procedure, you enter the connection settings for the load balancing device in the Enterprise Manager Location screen.

  1. Go to System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager.. Under General Settings, select Enterprise Manager Location.

  2. Complete these fields in the Propagate Enterprise Manager Location To Applications screen:

    • EM Server name - Specify the host name, IP address, or FQDN of the load balancing device.

    • Port Number - Specify the port on which the load balancing device listens for HTTP connections (default is port 80).

    • HTTPS Port Number - Specify the port on which the load balancing device listens for HTTPS (TLS) connections (default is port 443).

    • Context - Accept the default of /wfo

  3. Click Update Enterprise Manager Location.

    The procedure for creating a server cluster is complete.
